Falko Schmidt wins together with Agnese Callegari the best Poster prize at the WE-Heraeus-Seminar on fluctuation-induced forces for there joint work on QED Casimir vs. critical Casimir forces.

Falko Schmidt presented the experimental part of this work on "Casimir-Lifshitz forces vs. critical Casimir forces: Trapping and releasing of flat metal particles" whereas Agnese Callegari presented the the theoretical part on "Theoretical and numerical study of the interplay of Casimir-Lifshitz and critical Casimir force for a metallic flake suspended on a metal-coated substrate".

The poster presentations were part of the WE-Heraeus Seminar taken place between the 14.-18.02.2022.

The winners received besides a certificate a monetary award.
